About the room
Looking to share my townhome with someone. I have a bedroom that’s available immediately. All utilities will be included ( this does include laundry). Food expenses can either be split or individually incurred. With the rent you will have a garage space to park as well, along with outside parking. We would share kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms as well. The room being rented currently has a desk and a few plants that will be removed prior to move in.
About the roomies
I work a very early shift and spend 99% evenings and weekends home with my dog. I do have a 6 year old goldendoodle who LOVES people. Roommate is expected to respect the early hours I work and if they have company to be respectful as well.
