About the room

The room that I am renting is the downstairs master bedroom. I will live upstairs. Your room will have its own bathroom (accross the hallway) which I will not use. I am creating an additional living room upstairs that way the down stairs area can be primarily for the renter. I have a queen bed in storage if needed. The room has a closet you will need dresser.

About the roomies

I am 46 year old male, I can be as interactive or non interactive as you desire. My days are usually work, gym, eat, sleep. I have owned this house since 2012, but only lived up here for 6 months.
