I am looking for a clean and responsible individual—preferably someone who maintains a quiet lifestyle. I am seeking someone who will not draw attention to the house or have multiple or frequent visitors. I am looking for someone who is drama-free, respectful, and not troublesome.
Tenant must be reliable with paying rent on time every month, able to follow all house rules, and willing to participate in weekly chores to help maintain shared spaces. Laundry is pay per use or an additional $50 monthly.
Additional expectations: • No smoking or illegal activity • No excessive noise or parties • Overnight guests are limited and must be approved • Must respect other tenants’ privacy and shared areas • Lease agreement required
