We provide clean, safe, well-maintained facility and the rates are budget-friendly for shared or private rooms that start at $700/ month. Residents will have access to a shared bedroom. We have 2 beds in one room. Private rooms are also available at $980/ month. We also have a one-time payment of $700 non-refundable move-in fee.

All utilities are included such as electricity, water, and heating with free WIFI. We have a laundry facility FREE of charge to ensure cleanliness.

Our Residential facility comes completely furnished from top to bottom with all house items provided. Since it’s a shared residential facility, residents will be sharing spaces such as a communal living area, kitchen, and dining, including 3 full bathrooms. Our program accepts clients who receive SSI, SSDI, private pay, and community-funded programs or charities.
