This space is pretty flexible, theres two spots in the house, one for $900 a month thats a basement space with its own nice and newly refinished bathroom. The other is a space for $1200/month upstairs in the loft, the room is a good size and separated by an entire floor from the other living space. The kitchen and living space is shared but the space but each person has their own floor and bathroom.

I am a non traditional student returning to CU studying atmospheric and oceanic science. I work as an undergrad researcher and professional mountain guide. I love spending time in the mountains, running, climbing, and just hanging out when I’m home.
