The neighborhood is both desirable and safe. The home is a large home located on 1 acre of property with ample off street parking. It is .5 miles to the Village of Los Altos, 2 miles to Sanford Biz Park, 2 miles to Foodhill College, and 4-5 miles to the Stanford campus depending on where you are going. There are outdoor chickens and ducks and in case of allergies, there are indoor cats. There is high speed fiber optic internet, satellite TV, a weekly housekeeper for the common areas (not the room itself), a weekly gardener, 1 load of laundry done for you each week. There are two refrigeraters and light cooking only, mostly microwave. The bedroom is fully furnished and has a small desk.
Currently there is a PhD student in psychology, a mechoengineer interning at Stanford Biz Park, a full time maintainence man who helps me at a small ranch and at home, and I who works daily at the ranch.
