One room is available in a bright, spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home that backs directly onto a nature preserve with sweeping mountain views. The house is peaceful and tucked away, but close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The home includes a newly renovated basement with a guest room/workspace, a home gym, ample storage, and space for overnight guests. Outside, we have a large backyard that opens onto walking trails.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.

Rent includes access to the full home: washer/dryer, kitchen and fridge space, home gym, basement guest/work room, and the backyard that opens onto protected open space. We share the house with two friendly cats, and while we love animals, we’re not able to add more pets at this time.

You’ll be living with a couple (both 30), a female in her mid 20s and two well-behaved cats. We’re clean, considerate and friendly. We love hiking and being outdoors, movie nights, music, drag, cooking together, and the occasional DIY project. Community matters to us, but we also respect downtime and personal space.
