Shared bath. Full house access, newly redone kitchen. Central heat and a/c. Shared utilities (electricity and cable).
Off street parking lot with provided parking pass.
Move in $1300 first month and $1300 fully refundable deposit (minus any damages to the property). Potential tenants will need to supply a recent credit check (less than a month old), income/employment verification, and a photo id. Fully Refundable Deposit cannot be used in lieu of paying the last months rent.
