Social drinker, I don’t smoke, I don’t use heavy drugs, vaping and cannabis-friendly outdoors. I’m a neat freak, very detail oriented. I work in the Car industry, respectful, laid-back but responsible., I cook quite often It’s a relaxed and respectful living environment. I occasionally host, but we keep things quiet and don’t bring the party home.

During my free time, l like to hike, explore LA, read, films, listen to music, jogging, ride my BMX, I love to be active and exercise.

Ideally looking for responsible, social, easygoing and clean roommate who is down to share a calm, good-energy home. Okay with shared common areas, stable income, that would like to build a causal friendship and we could respect each other’s boundaries.
