Master bedroom with private bath in a 55 plus senior mobile home park. You don’t need to be necessarily 55 and over. Just respectful and mindful of housemate who is neurospicy. She has a pitbull mix and not 100% opposed to another dog, provided they get along and that yours is not a yapper. She is super friendly and outgoing. She has me but gay/ trans/ new best friends welcome! 🌈 🏳️‍🌈 LoL Seniors or people who need ADA modifications will feel welcomed, we have a ramp and a walk in shower and one story. There is a fenced in back yard and an above ground pool if that is of any interest.

Mature female who is a caregiver, does delivery services and WFH office stuff. She loves to get to know people and is very friendly and outgoing but she also will give you your space as she needs hers. Perfect fit would be someone who loves dogs, is super chill or even also neurodivergent, that is an introvert but also wants to maybe walk once in awhile, have some take out or eat a meal together and binge Netflix if likes are similar. Non smoker, rarely drinks and no drugs. She loves grunge music, gaming, animals, walking, road trips, cooking and baking; board games and Wii games. Geeks at our core. I am the boyfriend but I only stay part time with my work life so it’s mostly her I’m doing this for. Security and companionship mostly. She has anxiety/ some quirks, looking for an empath or compassionate person who won’t exacerbate that and is just mellow. A work out partner could be a huge bonus too.
