Our place is next to Lake Washington, Coulon Park, The Landing, SeaTac Airport, Seahawks Training Center & Eastside Rail Corridor Trail. You’ll love the neighborhood because of the comfort, quiet, safety, & beauty. The space This is a private one bedroom, one bathroom unit that has it’s own kitchen and living area. There are heaters in the bedroom and livingroom, please don’t put anything in front of them as it will burn. There are thermostats on the wall to control the temperature. A portable AC is provided.(Please turn off Heaters or AC when they aren’t in use or before checking out.) We also provide fast WiFi with a Nighthawk Mesh Router. The size of the unit is a little over 650 square feet. Parking is in front of the small white garage door, right next to the stairs to your unit. We no longer provide parking inside the garage. However, there is enough space in front of the garage so that you can park a total of 2 cars behind one another.

This unit also has it’s own private entrance, hassle-free keyless entry check in, and is upstairs of the garage. You’ll be provided a key code during check in to gain access.

After parking, take the stairs on the right side of the garage to get to your unit.

Other things to note This unit is above the garage. The washer and dryer is a 2 in 1 unit (it washes and dries the clothes). The technology is fairly new. Detergent and softener is provided. To use washer and dryer combination, select your desired wash settings then simply press “Dry” button and start.

Pet Rules: (Ask Host) No Pets, unless Host and Guest make written agreement. We do charge an additional fee for each pet, and depending on size. Please keep pets in kennel when you aren’t home and try to keep them off the furniture.

We do have a backyard, but it can only be accessed from the front of the house through another entrance. Contact host for more details.

We do live near a few parks and trails to walk your pet, but keep them on a leash when walking them outside. Also try to keep your beloved pets off of the neighbors property. And don’t forget to pick up their poop please!

Born and raised in Hawaii now living in Renton and running my own landscaping business. Easygoing, tidy, and outdoors a lot for work. The current roommates are all friendly, respectful, and considerate — we get along great and keep the place chill and clean.
