Modern, fully renovated home with luxury flooring, fresh paint, quartz countertops, and all new furniture. The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with access to community amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and walking trails.

Rent is $1,300 per room, single occupancy only. No couples. Utilities included (water, trash, gas, and electricity). Washer and dryer included.

Both available rooms are on the second floor, fully furnished, and share a bathroom.

Current roommates are young professionals in their early to mid-20s, respectful, low-key, and mostly work-focused. The home stays clean and quiet and is best suited for someone with a busy schedule who values a calm, respectful living environment.

Located near restaurants and shopping, approximately 15 minutes from Marian Regional Medical Center, 10 minutes from Allan Hancock College, and 22 minutes from Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Parking is limited inside the gated community. Most residents park just outside the gate (about a block and a half away). Parking inside the gate may be available for an additional monthly fee.
