Large room with hardwood floor and 2 spacious closets. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood with easy, reliable parking right out front. Near a beautiful nature preserve and Monona Bay. 1 block from Walgreens and bus stop, 5 mins. from Beltline (Monona Drive exit). Tidy, minimalist environment. Room can be furnished with bed and dresser, etc. if desired. Otherwise, it’s all yours, unfurnished. Lots of storage room in basement. Ideal for a person who doesn’t mind open windows and less AC in summer, cooler in winter. The AC is set at 74F in summer (fan provided as well) and heat is normally 68F daytime/65 for sleeping. This is somewhat variable, and I can provide a window AC unit if needed.

You’d be living with 2 unrelated middle aged women and two sweet cats. Great for introverts seeking a wholesome, healthy, low-tech environment. Simple, down to earth, no drama, no smoking, drinking, vaping, or substances. We like it serene and peaceful. ✨ Quiet hours 9pm to 5am. Unfortunately, we cannot take more pets, but if you’re a cat whisperer, all the better!
