Large room with hardwood floor and 2 spacious closets. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood with easy, reliable parking right out front. Near a beautiful nature preserve and Monona Bay. 1 block from Walgreens and bus stop, 5 mins. from Beltline (Monona Drive exit). You have full access to all common areas - bathroom, living room, kitchen, spacious back yard and garden space, and the basement laundry.

Simple, tidy, minimalist environment, where the priority is peace and serenity. (We both have stressful and people-intensive intense day jobs.) There’s no TV, but you’re welcome to bring your own and use headphones. Quiet hours are 9:30PM-5AM.

Your room can be furnished with a bed, dresser, lamp, and maybe more if needed. Otherwise, it comes emptied out and unfurnished - with all the space for you.

Lots of storage room in basement and bike storage in garage. Ideal for a person who likes open windows and fresh air when the temp. allows. AC is set to go on at 75 and winter heat 65-67 and a bit lower for sleeping. If that’s uncomfortably warm or cool for you, I will provide a window AC unit and space heater for your room for an extra $50/month to cover energy costs.

Flexible move in date and lease length is 6-12 months with option to keep renewing if everyone feels good about it. If you don’t want to commit for 6 months, that might be of negotiable with more rent.

You’d be living with 2 unrelated middle aged women and two sweet indoor/outdoor cats. We’re kind and friendly, but not big talkers. Great space for anyone seeking a wholesome, healthy, peaceful environment. Simple, down to earth, no drama, no smoking, drinking, vaping, or substances.

Unfortunately, we cannot take more pets, but if you’re a cat lover, all the better! They’ll enjoy the extra attention.
