There are no current roomies here. The one I did hv, moved out with girlfriend. The neighbors are all very nice, friendly & quiet. It’s peaceful. My routine is quite simple, go to work come home. Very lowkey. Security cameras are set up around the complex and parking area. It’s beautiful here, right next to the canyon. Drive time is less than 5 minutes. You can go hiking, picnic or just take a nice drive. Which is hw I like to spend my free time. Single Occupant only No smoking Also close to shopping centers and metro.
