• Personal Sink: Share the second-floor bathroom with only one other person, with a double-sink vanity so you have your own sink and storage space. (One extra full-bathroom at first floor)

Location: Modern two-story home built in 2017, located in a safe and quiet community near I-5 and I-80. • 3-10 minutes’ drive to multiple shopping centers and major retailers including Costco, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, IKEA, and a Movie Theater. • Approximately19 minutes to UC Davis.

Home Details: • Common Areas: High-ceiling living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. • Household: 3 people total (including you) • Landlord does not live on-site but has a reserved room on the first floor for occasional stays

Furniture: Yes • The room is currently unfurnished, as some tenants prefer their own furniture. • Furniture can be provided upon request. • To avoid unnecessary moving and handling, furniture will be placed after lease signing and before move-in
