Spacious room with private bathroom! Room is on the third floor of a townhouse in a safe, gated community in the Heights. One car will be allowed to be parked in the garage. Spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen on the 2nd floor.

Room is furnished, but I can also remove the furniture if you’d prefer to furnish it yourself.

I have one small dog, so I do not mind another non-shedding, potty trained dog in the house, however, a pet deposit is required.

I live in the house with one small dog. I like to be physical active, love to cook, and enjoy hanging out with my friends. I host an Airbnb in the bedroom on the first floor, but the Airbnb is locked from the rest of the house. I like to host friends once in a while, but prefer to have the house quiet by 10pm on weekdays.

I am looking for a female roommate who is fairly clean, communicative, and friendly.
