About the room
Looking for a respectful, reliable temporary roommate for a six-month sublet in a two-bedroom apartment, starting February 1, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed. The second bedroom is currently set up as a living room and is furnished, but have no fear! Some or most of the furniture can be stored elsewhere to make space for a bed and personal items, depending on your needs! The room also has its own separate entrance!
Term: 6 months (definitely longer if it works out!)
Move-in costs: first month’s rent plus a $1,450 security deposit Transit: close to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains
I work from home, so this setup is best suited for someone who works outside the apartment during the day and leaves for work in the morning. Open to a male or female roommate. Clean, communicative, and considerate roommates only.
About the roomies
One roommate, a Ph.D. student working to finish! I am a chill, clean, calm, and respectful person looking for the same. Don’t get it twisted, though, I can still be fun despite being a nerd! :)
