The room available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. There is also some storage space available in a smaller third room. Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living room. The condo is located next to NAU campus. We would be splitting the cost of utilities and internet. Water, sewage, and trash are included in monthly rent price. The current lease period ends on June 28th, 2026. The lease could then be renewed for another year. Move in available ASAP, accepting inquires to move in anytime between now and July 1st, 2026.
