Hey everyone, We’ve got a room opening up in our awesome 3 bed / 3 bath row house on Ridge Street NW, just two blocks from the Mt. Vernon Triangle Metro. The house has a huge open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a backyard and a rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or having friends over. The available bedroom has a large closet and its own private bathroom. Rent is $1,765 + utilities. We’re currently month-to-month, and the room is available now.

You’d be living with two mid-20s roommates. I’m Antonio, originally from Seville, Spain. I’m a lawyer and currently pursuing my master’s degree at GW. The other roommate is David, originally from New Jersey. He also studied at GW and now works in consulting. We’re easygoing, clean, and respectful. During the week everyone’s usually busy with their own schedules, but on weekends we like to hang out, go out for drinks, and often have sports on TV — especially soccer and American football — sometimes watching games together while having a few drinks.
