Looking for a 4th Roommate – Brentwood House (Planning Stage)

We are currently looking to rent a house in Brentwood and are searching for one additional roommate to join us before we lock in a property.

Right now, full houses in Brentwood typically rent for $3,000–$4,000/month. We’ve already identified multiple solid options around $3,000/month. With four people, that breaks down to roughly $750 per person.

I’m willing to pay more since I’ll be taking the master bedroom and garage, which would put me around $900/month, and the remaining roommates closer to $700/month (this is just an example — final numbers depend on the house).

You really can’t beat that for Brentwood, especially for a large house instead of an apartment.

Housekeeping / Cleanliness

To keep the house comfortable and avoid the usual roommate issues, we plan to hire professional cleaners on a regular schedule (likely bi-weekly or monthly). The cost would be split evenly and budgeted in from the start. In our experience, everyone is busy, and this keeps things clean, fair, and drama-free.

We’re a group of three brothers who have lived together on and off throughout our lives—growing up together and later sharing rental homes at different stages. We’re very close, communicate well, and genuinely don’t have roommate drama. Respect, consistency, and a good household dynamic matter a lot to us.

I’m Jonathan (28), the oldest, and I’m the one posting this. I work as a home inspector and also serve tables, with occasional car buying/selling as a side hustle. I’m a big car and motorcycle enthusiast, which is why I’ll be taking the master bedroom and garage. The garage will primarily be used for my vehicles, tools, and equipment, though there may be some limited storage space if needed.

My middle brother (26) is a server and recently graduated college. He’s currently figuring out his next professional step. He’s a big golf and sports fan, easygoing, and keeps to a consistent routine.

Our youngest brother (21) works as a server at night and spends his days as a programmer and day trader. He’s focused, motivated, and surprisingly disciplined for his age.

Overall, we’re laid-back, respectful, and supportive of each other. We don’t fight, we handle things like adults, and we’re looking for someone who fits into a calm, positive, and drama-free home.
