Convenient location near Costco, Target, and Highway 101.
House rules. No drugs, smoking, parties, pets, or criminal history. Clean and respectful tenant required.
Alternative option Smaller bedroom available for $1,200 per month. And I move into the master if budget is a concern (this way we don’t have to share a bathroom)
About the roomies
33 y/o Male nurse with a 3 y/o bernadoodle (not the landlord). Friendly but respectful of privacy, uncomplicated, computer games, walking, and gym goer.
