The property is quite and cozy while being 10 minutes to downtown for those interested in the night life scene. The area has a booming food truck population and the other neighbors are kind and tend to keep to themselves.

I am currently the only one living here but I am looking to take on two roommates, 1 for each room, I am quite and like to keep to a small social group of friends, I enjoy reading and video games and run my own table top game at work. I also see myself as a bit of a handyman with a decent track record to date. I have put alot of time and effort to fixing and cleaning up this house and hope to find folks who will help keep it that way while enjoying the effort already put into it.
