I’m a retired Army Veteran, and a retired Clinical Laboratory Scientist. My house is located in Silver lakes which is in west Miramar (high end area). The house is a 2-level house 3,300 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, and a powder room, or half bathroom downstairs. I have 1 other roommate that occupy 1 room. My daughter lives here part-time, because she’s is a traveling nurse and only comes home for a week when her 13 weeks contract is up. There’s grocery stores, gas station, a community pool, shopping stores and Miramar park close by. Only serious, non smoker, no pets people, non couple, only single people need to apply.
