Bedroom is in OHV area off road .. furnished with 2 beds and a dresser .. big yard for storage.. quads and dirt bikes welcome .. jet skis welcome ..I also have all of the quads and jet skis to ride with friends .. the shared bathroom stays clean .. TV and Internet is in the bedroom also . It’s a pretty big bedroom .. you can make it your own also ..

I love riding jet skis with my friends and roommates and off roading also .. looking for more than just a roommate .. maybe this roommate wants to have some fun too riding jet skis quads or going camping or out doors things ..

I am pretty much the only one here other than my 16 year old son comes every other weekend and plays his game and we ride quads or go ride jet skis at the lake in brawley with my other friends .. Yes it maybe farther away from work .. A lot of people work in Indio area or Palm desert . It’s 45 minutes drive to Palm desert ..

Just wondering if their is a roommate who might want to have fun also .. If not I know I will be ..
