Pantry space in the kitchen. Assigned parking space in secured underground garage. Extra storage in cage above parking spot.
About the roomies
Me: 44-year-old gay white-collar professional. M-F work schedule, nonsmoker/nondrug user. I am quiet, clean, laid back, and respectful. have a few friends over occasionally but am not a partier. I am a simple cook so the kitchen would be free to use most of the time. When at home, I spend most of my time in my living room. I keep a very tidy and uncluttered home. I believe good communication with my roommate to be key and any issues should be resolved in a professional manner.
