I am a middle-aged mother whose college student (son) will be needing a room-mate for our 2/2 apartment on the 2nd floor. The room will include a dresser and a bed. Utilities will be included. This room-mate must be responsible, drug-free, clean criminal background, and easy to get along with. I was there in the apartment but have since had to relocate for work. My son is 20 years old and currently works. My son and I do not engage in drug use, and I am an occasional drinker. My son is not old enough to buy alcohol and even if he was, he doesn’t have a desire for it currently. We are not neat freaks but prefer our home to be free of pests, so cleanliness is very important. The ideal room-mate will be easy to get along with and responsible. I will not always be present but I will visit.
