NICE NEIGHBORHOOD, MODERN community in CLAY COUNTY, about 15 minutes drive from Jacksonville border in Florida. 20 minutes drive to Naval Air Station (NAS), 3 minutes drive to Ascension St. Vincent Hospital-CLAY, super Walmart, Home Depot and Restaurants. Middleburg is on the outskirts of Jacksonville, FL. About 40 minutes drive to Jacksonville International Airport, Seaport and beaches.

10 minutes to Fleming Island and Cecil field, Camp-Blanding. NO PETS. Assigned parking on property for one Car or standard size truck. Furnished with one Single bed (we can replace the single bed with a Full or Queen size bed on request, after a room rental agreement is signed). Mini Refridgerator, Coffee machine and microwave in room. An outdoor small size grill will be provided on request. NO OPEN-FLAME cooking is allowed in Bedroom or bathroom. For security reasons, we do not share out internet connection. After signing a room rental agreement you may get internet connection in your own name.

No access to the main kitchen or rest of the home. SINGLE-OCCUPANCY only for responsible grown-ups. Overnight guests are not allowed. Not suitable for children due to pond at the back belonging to Association (not fenced). Laundromat is 10 minutes drive.
