Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with the other female student resident). We have two rooms available both same size and amenities as in the pictures. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, closet, dresser, blackout blinds and a TV with Google Chromecast. An unfurnished option is also available. Because of our differing schedules, the house is mostly empty, providing plenty of privacy and space.

This is a welcoming two-member household consisting of a full-time female worker and a graduate female student who strive to create a respectful and pleasant environment for your stay. Whether you’re a travelling professional seeking a restful space, intern or student looking for a suitable environment, we enjoy being part of your journey and supporting you along the way in any way we can.

Shared Common Areas:

• Private porch and seating area that opens to the backyardperfect for peaceful reading time, bird-watching, and spotting the occasional fox!
• Ample kitchen, living room, and dining room spaces. You will have your own cabinet storage, dedicated kitchen space, and a small personal fridge. The freezer is shared.
• A Chromecast attached to your room’s TV, allowing you to stream content directly from your phone. (Please note that no app subscriptions are included.)
• Tenants are responsible for providing their own hygiene and cleaning supplies for both the bathroom and kitchen as needed.

We value communication, cleanliness, and honesty. We also have a friendly, quiet 8-year-old dog who sleeps most of the time. We do not drink, smoke, or play loud music, and our home remains calm and peaceful. Additionally, a third family member (my husband) commutes for work and is home every other weekend.

We have had great experiences renting entire place or private rooms in the past. Whether you’re a professional seeking a restful space or a student looking for a suitable environment, we enjoy being part of your journey and supporting you along the way in any way we can. We prefer to keep this a female only house.
