About the room
2 bedrooms are for rent. Each room is $1100. Private room. Each room can be for two people but the price will be different. All the rooms are upstairs. Share a bathroom with another roommate. We can discuss more on the phone.
No lease needs to be signed, but you will have to provide legal documents, such driver license, pay stub from the employer. Looking for someone disciplined, clean, organized, and not too loud. The living room is a private area. A queen-size bed will provide a pillow, bedsheet, blankets, and comforter. Parking, Water, pg&e and internet is include in the price Laundry is allowed,d but once a week. Feel free to use the kitchen, and expect to clean afterwards. Try not bring or cook pork in the house No pets. No smoking or Vaping will be allowed; have to do everything outside. Try not to have overnight guests.
About the roomies
We are two sisters working full-time, quiet, friendly, and respectful. We keep a clean and peaceful home and are looking for a like-minded, responsible roommate. We prefer a pet-free household.
