Looking for a reliable, clean, and chill roommate to share a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Vanderbilt Medical area. You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom and full bathroom. Utilities are not included, but are around $100/month. My lease is month-to-month and is available immediately.

This is a good spot for a medical professional or student who wants to be close to campus while feeling safe. It’s a 5-minute walk to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Hillsboro Village (featuring cute stores and coffee shops), the grocery store, and a 10 minute drive to Downtown Nashville! There is lots of parking available, so you’ll always have a spot for your car. The kitchen is fully equipped (also note that I will be getting a new TV stand, and bench for the dining room table).

Hi! I’m Maleah, a 21-year-old social media manager and student. I’m pretty active and social, but my home is very much my calm, recharge space. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared areas. I’m not a party-house person, but not a hermit either.

I love baseball (I play in a league in the spring/summer), 80s movies (as you can tell by my dining room decor), vinyl, photography and videography. I love winding down with a chill night in just as much as going out to dive/sports bars.

I’m looking for someone responsible female roommate, friendly, and independent. Someone who values mutual respect, cleanliness, and a good living dynamic is a must. If you want a peaceful, grown-up home where everyone does their part, we’ll probably get along great! :)
