The room comes furnished brand new queen bed in there. Plenty of closet space. There’s cable in there if you want to bring your own T. V you’ll welcome to watch the T. V downstairs when I am not. Plenty of parking public transportation available nearby. I have a pool if you’re here. Still in the summer, I’m easy to get along with. Oh, I have one no shoes upstairs. Just got brand new carpet, just got the house painted so I would expect some courtesy. I have a dog, he’s very friendly.He will not be a problem. Nice patio area out back to sit at.
