Rent: $880/month + utilities Room: Private and unfurnished (rest of the house is fully furnished) Bathroom: Shared with two other girls (we rotate cleaning) Home Layout: • 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms • You’ll be living with 5 roommates total • 2 girls you’ll share a bathroom with • 1 couple in the master bedroom with their own private bathroom Move-in: February Lease: Added through property management with a credit check About the House: • Friendly, respectful household • Mix of working professionals and students • Social but relaxed environment • Garage parking (first-come) and plenty of street parking • Full access to common areas Pets: You’ll be living with a potty-trained Pomeranian and a cat.
