The house is located just off of the main road, a short way down a private drive, and only a 5 minute walk to bus stops. The bedroom is 10.25 x 11.5 inches (120 sq ft) with a queen size bed, a small desk and dresser. The bed comes with pillows and linen unless you want to use your own. There is a good sized closet with sliding doors. The closet square footage is in addition to the room space. The room windows look out over the small back yard. It is a quiet and pleasant area with only a few neighbors.

The hall bathroom is just a few steps from your room and would be mostly yours to use.

This condo has just over 1300 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths. I have a small office along the hallway adjacent to the kitchen that overlooks the dinning and living room areas. There is a fireplace and seating area in the living room. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven, new refrigerator and a dishwasher. Across from the office room is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink that you are welcome to share. I have high speed WIFI that you can also use at no cost. The house has a new heat pump for heating and cooling along with a gas furnace for any really cold days. There can be some space for storing small items in the garage if needed.

This condo is part of a Home Owners Association that maintains all the yard areas which has few rules that will affect you except that renters must be over 18 years old. There is a small patio off the kitchen with a seating area that you can see in one of the pictures.

If you have a car, you would park in the space in front of the garage and my car would be in the garage most of the time. There is some temporary parking for a car adjacent to my place. There is a walking path very close by that is a really pleasant area to walk in nature.

The room is available as of July 1, 2026 with a 6 month minimum rental agreement.

My current renter is moving out in June. I will not be available to show the room between May 25 and June 5, but other than that we can arrange a time to actually see the space. If you are interested, please contact me to answer any questions you have and set up a time to visit.

I am a retired engineer and currently work remotely for a tennis company working from my office most of the day hours. I come and go once in awhile including occasional day trips to visit my family. You and I would be the only ones living in the house full time.
