The apartment itself is a 2bd with rooms on opposite sides of the apartment with attached bathrooms. It’s on the third floor, and the hallways are air-conditioned. Alta Rise is a newer build apartment property. I work and live on the property fyi. The property has a gym, mini mart, heated pool and spa, and areas to hangout around. It’s in a good area and have not had issues with theft or crime.

The home would be shared with myself and my one cat Fuji. I’m clean and respectful to peoples boundaries, all that I ask is that you communicate professionally any concerns or anything that you want to bring up. I also do play bass in a band, so I would prefer someone that is also doing the same so that there isn’t any headaches about practicing at home.
