About the room
This house is on a residential road within a rural/agricultural area. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Owner is a retired, atheist, Red-Pilled, 420 friendly, bi male. Alcohol and other recreational substance use is fine, as long as it doesn’t become a problem. The rent is negotiable for the right tenant, I’m open to any and all suggestions. The worst I can do is say “no thanks.” One of the images is old, and you can no longer see the neighbor across the road from foliage plantings, but it gives a good idea of the area… I have two rooms available. One for $400, a larger room for $500/mo. I can provide a single bed with under bed storage. I no longer offer lodging to females as a result of the skyrocketing number of false S.A. claims made by females in the wake of “Me Too”. Guys that are effeminate in speech and manner, I won’t be offering you lodging either. The religious and Trump cultists can also look elsewhere.
About the roomies
I’m a former technician and Army veteran. I plan to open a third bedroom in the future, if you have any friends that would like such a living environment.
