Seeking roommates in a brand-new 3-storey townhouse in the historic Woodbridge neighborhood, near Downtown, Midtown, and Corktown areas of Detroit.

Roommates Details:

• males and/or females, non-smoker/vape, no pets
• must sign a 12-month lease
• must provide first month rent and one-month security deposit
• must provide proof of employment (if student, source of funds)
• must provide three (3) references for background check

Unfurnished Bedrooms + Monthly Rent:

• Bedroom #1 ($1,150) - a large bedroom (12’4“ x 12’) with large windows, walk-in closet, and private bathroom (shower, toilet, 2-sink vanity). Each bedroom has a door lock.
• Bedroom #2 ($800) - a medium-sized bedroom (10’ x 9’3“) with a large closet, and shared bathroom (shower/bath tub, toilet, 1-sink vanity) with Bedroom #3. Each bedroom has a door lock.
• Bedroom #3 ($600) - a cozy bedroom (8’10“ x 8’2“) with a tall IKEA wardrobe, and shared bathroom with Bedroom #2. Each bedroom has a door lock.

Additional Expenses (split equally among roommates and owner):

• electricity, gas, and monthly cleaning service of common living spaces

Parking:

• garage parking (one spot available) = additional $100 per month
• street parking = free

Included in the Rent:

• internet/wifi, water
• no washer & dryer in the townhouse at this time

Common Spaces:

• Living Room has a large leather sofa, leather chair, and 75“ mounted TV over an electric fireplace.
• Dining Room has a 6-person mid-century walnut dining set.
• Kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, large pantry, and plenty of cabinet space. Roommates are expected to clean up after themselves and keep common spaces tidy and organized!
