You’ll be living on the top floor, at the cottages if you like sunlight this is the perfect room for you! It is student living only if you aren’t a student you will have to pay for the whole unit.
There are 3 other girls living in the house. They do well with keeping up with cleaning and some communication. They are rarely ever home one of which works on the property. The house is no smoking but if you smoke you can do so away from the perimeter of the property. It’s a really nice community, big pool nice bbq area and 2 jacuzzis! Indoor gym and sauna a quiet study area pool table and Jenga. You can also use the clubhouse at your own leisure
