Norma's room

The room for rent is 12ft x 13ft. The closet space is 11-1/2ft x 2ft (depth). Room is UNFURNISHED even though pictures show it furnished. My home is a 3,000 sf house in the Spring Branch area off the Katy Freeway. I have two rescue dogs. Room is private with a shared bathroom with another female. Parking is in backyard on the driveway and vehicle secured by a wrought iron electric gate. Property has a hot tub and gym equipment in refurbished garage space, which includes a 1/2 bath. I also purchased a portable generator.

Me and my roommates are quiet and not partiers. We are kind and respectful of each other’s space. My philosophy comes from a Bible verse that states, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. If we live like that, we’ll get along great! I will turn 57 in February, one of the roommates is 54 and the other roommate is 63.
