Furnished includes Bed, TV, Drawers, and Great closet space Amenities Neighborhood Pool, Park, Shopping Centers, a few local Gyms, Manassas Mall is 8 minutes away Utilities Included Gas, Water/Sewer, Internet, Basic Cable, Trash Pick Up and Parking.

Please note: Rent is collected in weekly payments in the amount of $231.25 or bi-weekly payments only. 0 deposit down. This also includes once a month home cleaning service.
