The house is a short walk to the Dimond Carrs and other businesses near the Dimond/Jewel Lake intersection. It is 4-bed, three bath, but we use one of the bedrooms upstairs as a craft room.

The available bedroom is downstairs and has a bathroom on that floor. The rest of the house is furnished but the room is not. The bedroom window faces the fenced backyard. A driveway parking spot is available.

You don’t need to bring much kitchenware as we have pretty much every kitchen utensil and appliance! The same goes for any furniture outside of your bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to the shared stand-up freezer, several storage closets around the house, garage storage spaces, and the shed in the backyard, as well as the washer/dryer in the garage.

We have a vacuum, cleaning supplies, etc. and own a treadmill, some dumbbells, and other workout equipment that you are free to use. In the summer, we grow plants in the backyard and like to hang out on the grass on sunny days.

We own a lawnmower and snowblower and these duties are shared between housemates. The same goes for cleaning common spaces.

We are two sisters in our 20s, Emily and Gwen, and live with Gwen’s lab mix Juniper. We are fairly quiet and often spend our evenings after work at home cooking dinner or watching TV shows, if not out with family and friends.

Must be a dog lover and okay with loud barks. Juniper loves to be in your personal space.

No other dogs allowed, as Juniper does not like to share her space or toys. A cat is potentially okay, although it must be okay with Juniper invading its personal space, and we would need to schedule a meet.
