One Private Bedroom available immediately for single occupancy. You will share the bathroom with another person. Your room can be furnished or not as desired. You will be sharing 3 bedroom / 3 bath space with three young professionals.

The house is located at a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Carlsbad:

• 5 mins drive (walking distance 10-20 mins) from Calavera Hills Community Park, Highway 78, Miracosta College, shopping centers (Wal-mart, Albertson’s, Starbucks, multiple restaurants)

• 10-20 mins drive from 5 Freeway, Costco, downtown Carlsbad/outlet mall, Carlsbad beach Rent includes utilities (wifi, water/gas/electric, trash removal, recycling); You will need valid ID, great references, full time employment or student, and credit check. Rules of the house are no smokers, drug or alcohol users. No animals or overnight guests.

Three professionals living in the house. Two are a couple living in the master Bedroom. You will have your own bedroom and share the bathroom with other professional, who has her/his own private bedroom.
