I live on the third floor (top floor) of a 2B 1B apartment in Sandy. All but the room I am renting is furnished. The apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. There is a 24/7 Gym and Hot Tub on the property. The apartment is near restaurants, shopping, and the I-15 freeway. The complex has one covered parking spot and has a lot of open parking as well. The rent includes all the utilities: water, electricity, and internet.

Since this is an apartment, you will need to sign the lease. There is a $45 Application fee. The complex will run your background check, so you don’t need to get one on your own. They will also ask for pay stubs, which I would like to see as well, but it’s just a formality on their part. I can afford the full rent; they just need proof of employment. If accepted, you will have to pay them a $200 processing fee.

In the pictures, the room is where I put random stuff, but it can be cleared out in 10 minutes, easily. I don’t have a bed, but I can invest in one. I wasn’t sure how many people are looking for a place with a bed, vs. not. I do have a full-size air mattress, but if a mattress is what you’re looking for, just let me know, and I can get one!

Guests are welcome; however, after 9 PM, guests have to pay $5 for a guest pass or park off-site. It’s annoying, but it helps with parking a ton. I lived here before and after that was implemented, and it has made a big difference.

I’m a 32-year-old single, gay dude looking to save some money and pay off bills faster. I have a dog, Cedric, who is basically a cat. He’s friendly with almost everyone, but prefers humans to other animals. I’m pretty clean and like things organized, but I’m by no means perfect.

I work in a professional career and also do some side jobs. Some days I’m home by 4:30 PM, other days I won’t be home until 10 PM. I drink, but don’t smoke. Edibles are cool, but I’m not a fan of smoking. I keep busy with lots of hobbies. Working out, Skiing, cooking, video games, anime, tennis, and cars, to name a few.
