This is a furnished ADU connected to a main house in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking (no permit needed) and driveway parking, on a first come first serve basis. There are two bedrooms (one occupied by me) and one shared bathroom. There is a kitchen and a third room currently used for storage. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, full-size closet, two bedside tables, a dresser, curtains and a smart TV with full access to streaming services. My name is Jenna, I am 26 (27 in March) and have one medium-haired cat. I tend to stay to myself, but enjoy meeting new people and would love to ideally be friends with my roomie/do activities together! I like to keep my space clean and pay my rent on time, and I expect my roomie to do the same! I work full-time M-F as a therapist and am typically home on evenings and weekends, unless I am with friends, working out or out and about doing something fun on the weekend. :)
