Hello, I have a room for rent in the Casa Grande area. I have a 5 br / 3 bath house. I’m renting two rooms. I am only looking to rent to female students/professionals. I have rented to medical professionals, Lucid employees, and construction workers.

Rent is $725.00 per month, with a month-to-month agreement (minimum 3 months). A $300.00 security deposit is required, and all utilities are included. No illegal drugs, no smoking allowed inside, only outside (front of house).

I am a responsible homeowner who maintains a clean, safe home. I live with my two teenage daughters. I also want people to be relaxed and content in my home, so that we may have a pleasant living experience. We are easy to get along with!
