This is a single family home with a full finished basement living area. I have private entry through the garage with digital lock. The entry has 8 stairs going down, with a wood handrail. The living room area has carpet with a throw rug, a couch and loveseat, smart TV attached to wall, lamp and lighting. the bedroom area divided by curtains has bed and 2 small dressers. Kitchen has small refrigerator, hot plate and microwave, also have sink with cabinets and countertop with table and 2 chairs, full utensils. Bathroom with shower, bathroom sink with cabinet and toilet. Equipped with washer and dryer by appointment only.

Upstairs where i live single person at present at some point i may do respite for foster care system. I have full living quarters with 3 bedrooms, living room and dining area, with patio and back yard excess.
