We are looking for a roommate to rent out our master bedroom. It’s in a cozy house a block away from Glenwood Ave. It is a 12x12 bedroom with two closets and an attached private bathroom. Rent is 750 a month with a 665 deposit, and utilities are usually around 150. It’s a great deal, about 10 minutes from NC State, in a walkable area with great parks, restaurants, and down town.

For the roommates, I’m Richard (26) and work from home and Kat (21) works at a restaurant during the day. We like to cook and she likes to host DND at the house once every other week. We do like to host so feel free to have people over also. We are pretty laid back, but we’d love to hear some more about you!
