The bed in the photos is not included but we can provide a nice twin bed with drawers, we can also provide everything else in the photos if needed. Semi private bathroom. Bathroom is used as downstairs bathroom but shower would be private. There is a lot of storage. Rent is 795 month with a $300 deposit(refundable as long as the room is returned) Rent includes utilities, laundry, microwave, internet and use of association pool, gym and tennis. We have a salt water system in the house. Blackout blinds and wood flooring in the room. No smoking No alcohol abuse No drugs No pets. This room is for 1 person, no couples or kids. Available July 1st but could be available sooner for prorated rent.

We are our family looking to rent our extra room for the month of January. My sister will be here February 1 so that is why the room is only being rented for one month.
