Top Floor:

4. Loft Bedroom

• Rent: $1,095.00-Occupied

When you rent a room with us, you can also secure one of our two available storage rooms for rent on a monthly basis at $80 and $100, offered on a first come, first served basis.

We accept move-in costs to be paid in installments for your convenience.

How to Apply:

A viewing of the home is required before applying. We also offer translation tools for communication in various languages to assist all interested applicants.

To schedule a viewing, please request an appointment. Applications are accepted online through our online resources.

• Our online resource is used for our credit, background, employment, and rental history checks. The background check includes a search for sexual offenders and eviction history. Credit checks through our online resources are conducted via Experian (P.O. Box 4500 Allen, TX 75013).

• Supporting documentation, such as payment statements for employment and income verification, is accepted.

• Note: Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports from consumer reporting agencies will not be accepted; applications and credit reports are processed through our online resource.

• If you require additional time due to a disability or need assistance with translation, please inform the property assistant with a message through messenger.

Additional Note: A fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement suite is available in the home; however, it is currently occupied. This charming unit features a separate entryway, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with dual sinks.
