When you rent a room with us, you can also secure one of our two available storage rooms for rent on a monthly basis at $80 and $100, offered on a first come, first served basis.
We accept move-in costs to be paid in installments for your convenience.

A viewing of the home is required before applying. We also offer translation tools for communication in various languages to assist all interested applicants.

Our online resource is used for our credit, background, employment, and rental history checks. The background check includes a search for sexual offenders and eviction history. Credit checks through our online resources are conducted via Experian (P.O. Box 4500 Allen, TX 75013).

Note: Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports from consumer reporting agencies will not be accepted; applications and credit reports are processed through our online resource.
