Room is clean with a good sized closet and private bathroom. The room has vinyl flooring and central A/C ventilation. It also comes with a 24 inch monitor set-up included for any home office business you need, and a corner leisure chair added. Located on the second floor, the room also has a small balcony. The overall property offers high-speed internet, washer/dryer, updated kitchen, open living room that is used as a flex room equipped with an office desk, gym equipment, and dining space. The surrounding area of the condo is well-kept with pest control. The unit comes with two designated parking spaces (one used by me currently). The area is quiet, well-kept, and 8 mins from the University and Butler Plaza by car. Bike or scooter ride to the University can be about 15 minutes. Electricity will be split 50/50

I am a PhD student at UF that is upbeat and constantly busy. Usually at the University for most of the day. When not in the lab, teaching, or in classes, I go to the gym, play soccer, try out new restaurants, or hang out with friends.
