Room located next door to bathroom, which is also newly remodeled with large shower and is to be shared with one adult 33 year old male (son). Parking on street only. Included are Internet and utilities and use of new in-home laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Access to kitchen.

We are mother and son 33, we have an indoor cat, so you must be cat friendly and without allergies to cats. Mom works very part-time and son works full-time. Applicant must have a reliable full-time job OUTSIDE of the home, must be honest, responsible, reliable, respectful, quiet and clean.
